Sodabot

So, you want to make a soda-based kegbot?

If you're underage or just don't like beer, a "sodabot" may be perfect for you.

Things to consider

• Kegs are made to be sold and operated by individuals, soda dispensers are not.
• Soda dispensers require quite a bit of hardware (such as a carbonater and syrup pumps)
• Buying syrup may not be as easy as buying a keg, you may have to make friends with your local fast food place and get them to order you a syrup box on their next order.

• Another option: Another thing to consider is the possibility of filling a corny keg with soda (or you're favorite mix, such as rum as coke) and hooking it up just like a normal keg. (Thanks to Scott Shambaugh for the tip)
